REPORT
Damages:
Roof: After assessing the roof, it was obvious that the roof had been affected by strong weather conditions. The roof has various issues including; cracked/chipped tiles and a ridge-line that needed corking using cement. There were a few tiles that had completely blown off the roof as well.
Carpet: The affected carpet has been damaged due to water leaking through the roof. There is, unfortunately, no possible way of salvaging this carpet. The client has tried cleaning it multiple times. We would need to remove and replace the carpet in order to get the client’s home back to its previous condition. This will include the removal and the re-installation of the skirting boards.
Blinds: As with the carpet, the blinds to have been damaged due to water leaking into the home via the roof/ceiling. The blinds cannot be cleaned using typical methods and will need to be replaced.
Paintwork: Paintwork will need to be applied to the ceilings and the walls due to the water leaking into the home. With the carpets having to be removed we would have to repaint the walls in order to get the home back into its former condition.
