SCOPE OF WORKS

BELOW IS A BREAKDOWN OF THE REPAIR WORK CONDUCTED TO THE RESULTANT DAMAGES AT THE AFFECTED PROPERTY:

Geyser replacement:

  • Supply and fit new Kwikot 150L geyser.
  • Remove existing geyser – drain and dispose of old affected geyser unit.
  • The new geyser was placed/moved outside due to space constraints in the client’s kitchen. There was simply no other place to fit the geyser due the space allowed.
  • Additional pipework needed for the reconnection of the new geyser. This required our team to extend the pipework from the previous position of the geyser to outside the kitchen.
