REPORT
A faulty fitting was found to be the problem behind the leak and has since been replaced. The only resultant damages are to the exterior of the home. I have provided a breakdown of the damages below:
Resultant Damages:
- In order to access the affected plumbing works, our plumbing team created an opening in the wall from the exterior of the property. This was to avoid an immense amount of resultant damages from occurring from the inside of the home.
- The plumbing repairs have been successfully completed and pressure tested the wall can now be bricked up, plastered and repainted.
- I have attached a quotation to this email to conduct these very repairs.
