REPORT

Resultant Damages:

I have been to assess the property and I have taken a look at the damages affecting the property, as well as the repairs that have been conducted thus far (brickwork and plastering). According to the steel representative, a large truck hit the supporting column while reversing into the loading bay in the factory causing the damages to occur. These damages have impacted on the roller shutter door’s ability to function correctly. The column has since been repaired and the roller shutter door can and needs to be repaired next.
