REPORT
Damages:
Ceilings:
- The ceilings have been damaged in two separate sections.
- The one section is the kitchen where the trapdoor is. The trapdoor was damaged when the plumbers installed the geyser as the new cylinder was a bit bigger than the trapdoor opening. The plumbers did try to fix this where they could but it does need adjusting.
- The other section of ceiling that was damaged is in the main corridor area. While the plumbers were in the roof cavity they must have accidentally stepped on a section of the ceiling and subsequently caused the cornice to crack.
- We can patch and repaint this section of ceiling and bring it back to its former condition.
Walls:
- Due to the geyser emitting water, streak marks have developed along the surface of the kitchen walls. This wall simply needs to be repainted and brought back to its original condition.
- We have provided a costing for a ‘corner-to-corner’ application to the kitchen wall.
